Music, SFX, and players, oh my!
The tilesets for the game's world itself have been finished. We're talking background, We're talking objects to bounce off of! Now is the time to start working on just what the title suggests.
I'm no good at making my own music so I'll be checking out premade stuff. I'm pretty big on browsing through places for days until I find the song that fits perfectly with my game though. Sometimes this can take days for me, because a good game's experience is at least part sound. (A.K.A I severely regret not giving this game music).
I'm not sure if the game will have sound effects other than music, however. Try as I might, I just can't see a snowflake making a sound when it hits something. Maybe a sizzle when it melts? But the snow in this game is forever.
Obviously, as with the current iteration of the game, the player will be a literal snowflake. However, I'm unhappy with how the current player sprite appears and will be updating that dutifully soon.
